All manufacturers warranties are different and cover a variety of issues. Sleep Station highly urges its customers to read the warranty information attached with each mattress, box spring or foundation and to keep all information and receipts in the unlikely event of a warranty claim. The manufacturers warranty does not cover inspection or transportation costs.
This is an “As-Is” mattress that is purchased with a box spring/foundation. This is an in store warranty. This in store warranty is not a Sleep or Comfort Guarantee. This warranty only covers structural issues not present when purchased. Sleep Station will inspect and determine your warranty claim. The Sleep Station Warranty is only good for one year from the date of purchase and does not cover inspection or transportation costs. If your warranty claim is found to be valid Sleep Station will replace at equal value, exact model replacement is not guaranteed.
An “As-Is” is a mattress, box spring or foundation that is a factory overstock, floor model, scuffed & scratched, freight damaged, demonstrator, comfort trial, customer return, warranty exchange or flawed or discontinued model that does not meet the strict guidelines and specifications set forth by the manufacturer and cannot be sold as “new.” The manufacturers inspect these products and delivery only those products that they deem suitable for resale to our facility where these goods undergo our own certification process. Only those products that make it through our certification process are allowed in this store. State law requires us to identify such products as “used” regardless of the products’ condition or the nature of prior uses, we can offer bedding for extremely low prices; however, the products DO NOT have a warranty.
Appliances come with a 100 Day Limited Warranty. This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the appliance within the first 100 days following the purchase, an original sales ticket & receipt are required. This warranty protects against all mechanical and or electrical problems. Sleep Station will repair or replace at our sole discretion the defective appliance in a reasonable period of time. Sleep Station reserves the right to replace the failed appliance with an appliance of equal or higher value, and does not guarantee an exact match to your previously purchased item or items. This warranty does not cover aesthetics such as scratches, dents, paint chips etc. Please note for the 100 Day Limited Warranty to be valid a surge protector must be purchased at Sleep Station along with all appliances operating on 110 volts and a new power cord must be purchased at Sleep Station for all appliances operation on 220 volts. All appliances that require a new power cord to be installed must have the power cord installed by a licensed electrician for the warranty to be valid. Proof of installation must be supplied with filing a warranty claim.
All furniture is sold As-Is and does not have a warranty through the manufacturer, or Sleep Station.
